RENTAL RULES

STANDARD RENTAL PERIOD

The standard rental period is three days. Additional days are $35 per day and must be approved because the dumpster may be committed to another customer. Delivery and pickup timing are confirmed directly by phone, text, or email.

HOW TO SCHEDULE

Call, text, or email with the delivery address, preferred delivery date, project description, and exact material type.

We recommend the proper dumpster and confirm price, included weight, rental period, availability, material rules, and placement requirements.

We send payment instructions or a payment link by text or email.

The order is confirmed only after Crestline Dumpster Rental accepts the job and any required payment is completed.

When the dumpster is ready for pickup, call, text, or email. Pickup is routed according to access and availability.

FILL-LINE AND SAFE-LOADING RULES

Material must remain at or below the top edge of the dumpster.

Nothing may stick above the top, hang over the sides, or extend through the rear door.

The load must be reasonably level and stable for safe transport.

Do not load while the rear door is unsecured.

Do not attempt to move the dumpster with personal equipment or vehicles.

Do not burn material inside the dumpster.

Do not allow unauthorized dumping by neighbors or third parties.

PLACEMENT AND SITE PREPARATION

The customer must choose a firm, reasonably level, and accessible placement area. The truck and dumpster are heavy and may damage asphalt, concrete, pavers, landscaping, septic systems, underground utilities, or other surfaces.

Clear vehicles, gates, branches, wires, equipment, and other obstacles before delivery and pickup.

Provide enough truck width, overhead clearance, and straight-line access for a safe roll-off delivery. When access is uncertain, send photos before scheduling.

Tell us about narrow roads, steep grades, tight turns, soft ground, low wires, trees, gates, or limited turnaround before scheduling.

The customer is responsible for identifying septic systems, underground utilities, irrigation, pavers, and weak surfaces.

Protective boards may be used when practical, but surface protection cannot be guaranteed.

If placement is in a street, public right-of-way, or restricted area, the customer is responsible for obtaining any required permit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, landfill conditions, equipment issues, road access, or earlier jobs. We will communicate meaningful delays as soon as practical.
